Some mornings you wake up knowing yesterday did not go the way it should have.
Maybe you lost your temper. Maybe a deal fell apart. Maybe you made a bad call and now you are carrying it into a new day.
That happens in roofing, and it happens in life.
But one bad day does not have to become your identity.
God Still Gives New Mornings
You cannot change yesterday, but you can show up differently today.
God is not asking you to pretend nothing happened. He is asking you to move forward with honesty, humility, and faith.
A fresh start is not weakness. It is wisdom.
Leave the Weight Behind
Many men stay stuck because they keep replaying the same failure over and over.
But if God gives mercy new every morning, then you have permission to stand up, reset your heart, and keep going.
That does not mean ignoring the lesson. It means learning from it and not living under it.
“His mercies are new every morning.” Lamentations 3:23
Lord, thank You for new mercy. Help me let go of what is behind me and walk into today with a clear mind, a steady heart, and a fresh start. Amen.
